  Placed an order for a bike lat Thursday and was given a price went back three days later today to collect the bike as the bike had to be ordered in , only to be told that I was given the wrong price and they wanted another €60 from me. When I said that I was given the price and can they stand over the price. I was told by a very rude man who I believe was the owner no and than he proceeded to tell me that I haven't ordered the bike. As I tried to tell him I that I did order the bike he wasn't interest and he rudely turned his back on me and walked away. Very bad customer service and he has to be the rudest person I have ever met in my life. He was also very rude to a very pleasant young chap that works in the shop that I had dealt with three days previously. There are plenty more bike shops in Dungarvan so I will be given my business to another shop that may appreciate my custom.
